I will get you feeling fitter and healthier, help to motivate and inspire you to achieve set goals and ensure you work hard to break down perceived boundaries/barriers and achieve your true potential. Most importantly, I will show you how to lead a healthier, more balanced and fulfilled lifestyle. This is achieved through a bespoke training,diet and lifestyle plan, all designed to help you achieve your desired goals.

With every new client, I carry out a postural and body composition assessment prior to commencing any training as well as a physical activity questionnaire to ensure that there are no contraindications to you doing exercise. We also have a really good in depth chat about what you would like to achieve, why you would like to achieve this and what it will take to achieve your goal.

Throughout your training I find out about work, family and any other commitments and make sure that any plan and goals are realistic and achievable because we all lead busy lives.

Most importantly, I work hard to get to know and understand you as much as possible and to develop a mutual respect and trust that is essential for you to believe that you can achieve your goals.
